DESIGN & SPACE PLANNING
Renovating or building a home provides an exciting opportunity to create a space that reflects your design style — just as importantly though, it’s the perfect time to incorporate essential functionality for everyday living! Working alongside your interior designer and contractors, we develop organizational systems that are as functional as they are beautiful.

MOVES & RELOCATIONS
Just imagine it: you get the keys to your new place and instead of moving into chaos you come home to a space that’s carefully unpacked, fully stocked and organized.
Our concierge service coordinates with your movers to ensure a seamless transition so you can immediately start enjoying your new home.
Service includes:
- Pre-move declutter (so you’re only paying to move the things you truly want!)
- Donation drop-off
- Strategic packing and labelling
- Unpacking, installation and professional organization of household items

OUR TRANSFORMATION PROCESS
01 Remove all items
It’s essential that we remove every item from the space that will be organized. Once the space is clear, we wipe down all drawers, shelves, and surfaces to ensure a clean, fresh slate.
02 Categorize & Joy Check
With everything removed and gathered in one place, we categorize and sort. We then work through the process of ‘Joy Checking’ to determine what to keep.
03 Donate & Discard
Through the process of ‘Joy Checking’, clients also determine what to let go of. This step can feel overwhelming at times. We provide gentle guidance and support while encouraging clients to envision the life and home they ultimately desire.
04 Develop Systems & Style
This is where our passion for organizing comes to life! We identify specific zones and customized solutions to suit your lifestyle. We source baskets, bins, containers and drawer dividers that provide a designated home for each item.
05 Maintain
There’s a psychology behind order and design. When things feel good and look good, we want to maintain them. Day by day, the action of putting things away in their proper place forms the habits that will sustain an organized home and a joyful life.
FAQ
What’s included in home organization?
The DECANTT process is completed in three core phases:
• Phase 1: Purge, sort and categorize
• Phase 2: Design and product sourcing
• Phase 3: Install
Depending on the project, phases take place in one session or over multiple days.
Do I need to be there for the whole process?
Not necessarily! You’re needed for Phase I (the purge) and once we’re clear about what’s staying and what’s going, we can take it from there.
I’m planning a move, can you help me?
Absolutely. We suggest beginning with a pre-move declutter so that you’re only moving the items you truly love and need – saving you time and money. We use an effective labelling system to ensure your belongings get where you want them. At your new home, we unpack, set up organizing solutions, and stock household items (as required), so you can settle in right away.
Do you source all the products you use?
Yes, we take care of all product sourcing, shopping and returns. We will discuss lifestyle in order to develop solutions that make sense for your life and budget.
I’m scared, what if I can’t maintain the organization?
Our primary goal is to create spaces that are functional and easy for the entire family to maintain. We implement solutions that are tailored to your lifestyle and when the project is complete, we share our proven maintenance tips. Of course, life can get busy and sometimes our clients’ homes need a refresh. We offer customized maintenance packages (quarterly, semi-annually, annually) to keep your space in tip-top shape year-round.
What do your services cost?
Clients are charged based on the scope of their project. Core services start with packages of 5 hours at $625 with the option to add additional hours on the same day of service. Product sourcing, custom labels and one donation drop-off (one car load) are complimentary. A detailed proposal with estimated labour and product investment will be provided. 50% of the proposal is required to secure your date(s). Our final invoice includes full scope of service including outstanding labour and products. Final payment is collected at the end of the session. Local sales tax is applied. We accept all major credit/debit cards and e-transfers.
